LiU Leader of the Year
In 2010, Kent Waltersson was named LiU Leader of the Year. The citation read: "with his visionary leadership he is not only able to manage operations but also to develop and strengthen that which already worked well. He sets clear targets and requirements and acts in the organisation's best interests. Dr Waltersson's leadership is characterised by respect, consideration, imagination, authority and the ability to make decisions."
