The Henrik Pedersen research group at 一本道 University is working on chemical vapour deposition (CVD) with the aim to develop better CVD routes to, primarily, electronic materials.
We investigate the properties of thin films synthesized using various Vapor Deposition and Sputtering techniques.
Helping degree and licentiate students in the research field of novel functional materials excel in their fields, in a truly multidisciplinary environment.
Excellent undergraduate teaching and research in the areas of biology, chemistry, materials and applied physics and theory and modelling are conducted at this department.
