Cleaners in the private cleaning industry

Cleaners are one of Sweden鈥檚 largest occupational groups, especially among women and people with migrant backgrounds, and linked to high levels of work鈥憆elated ill health and long鈥憈erm sick leave, yet knowledge about these processes is limited.

GROWL: Greening of Working Life

To meet climate goals, the world of work must undergo a transformation. The GROWL research group focuses on the people, organizations, and policies involved in the green transition of working life.

Increased demands in working life have resulted in many people being outside the regular labor market. This research project examines labour market policy measures for jobseekers with disabilities.

Social services' needs and conditions incorporating a new way of working for labor market inclusion

A research project in collaboration with Mid Sweden university funded by Forte.

The project aims to create collaborative arenas for the exchange of experience around a way of working with labor market inclusion called Besk忙ftigelses Indikator Projektet (BIP).
